Standing Ab Exercises

Are you bored with traditional ab workouts?  Standing abdominal exercises are easy to do, and I like to use them as a little extra workout when I am watching something on TV.  Here's some links to moves that will tighten up your middle section -- but don't forget to keep at the cardio workouts too -- you can't see muscles that are covered by a layer of fat!
