Yoga Burn with Rodney Yee. I would consider it an intermediate yoga video that takes some stamina to complete. The video is serene with little direction from Rodney in his soothing voice. The concept of yoga burn is to do the moves slowly and deliberately in a several sets to achieve maximum results. This is a workout that I enjoy doing in the evening hours when I want to get a workout, and relax my mind and body before bed. The video runs just under an hour so despite the slow movements I always feel like I got a good workout by the end.
