Week #11 Meal Plan

Welcome to Week #11 of my meal planning experiment!

I am exhausted this week as I write this blog post, and not feeling too adventurous so I think I will pick mostly from old favorites and have a week of comfort food.

Here's the plan for this week :

{old favorites}

Sausage Stuffed Shells & Homemade Sauce - frozen from past cooking days to make for an easy dinner.
Roasted Chicken with Mixed Vegetables
Lemon Pepper Marinated Pork Chops on the Grill with Grilled Asparagus
Balsamic Chicken with Mushrooms & Green Beans

{new recipes}

Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin with Baked Sweet Potatoes
Lemon Chicken Stir Fry

{baking project - if I have time!}
Low Carb Chewy Chocolate Fudge Protein Bars

View my other meal planning blog entries at this link.  They are all packed with good recipes so enjoy!

  3. We did the roast chicken last night and it was fantastic! When I can find a small enough chicken it is perfect for my husband & I. I am planning on making the protein bars tomorrow and also testing if they freeze well.

  4. Hi there! I found your little gem of a blog from the Tuesday Train blog hop! Love your meal planning experiment- I try to meal plan on a weekly basis, but if I miss a week it takes me forever to get back to it. Planning makes the days much less stressful!
