Free Exercise Routines

There are lots of free resources for setting up exercise routines on the web, one of my favorites for fitness is Spark People.

You need to create an account first, then go under Healthy Lifestyle and click on Fitness.  You will find a variety of articles to read, workout videos and exercise demos.  There is a wealth of information that you can put to use, and the best part is that it is all free.

Being fit and healthy isn't about spending money on expensive exercise equipment and trendy workout videos.  It is about getting up and moving in a way that suits your lifestyle and is fun for you.  When you find the right activities to fit into your routine not only do they help you stay in shape, but they also improve your overall well being.

We are all different so get out there and explore, but don't forget to get up and do something!  Just reading the articles won't get you fit, you need to try out the workouts as well.

Have a great weekend everyone - I hope you find a way to have fun and be healthy all at the same time.  I am off to spend some time with the family visiting from Florida and will be back on Monday!
